'Bobby' approached us with a few hundred thousand and wanted to purchase multiple properties to generate a passive income alongside properties that can be passed down through generations. Taking advantage of capital growth and rental, this is exactly what we did.

Within 18 months, we had turned £350,000 into a £1.25m property portfolio generating £72,500 gross income per year. This contains 8 properties and all were purchased and refinanced, leaving their pot with £175,000 to continue purchasing more!
